All expansion works has been completed. All remaining production equipment has been moved from the 800sqm old building to the new facilities and new machines (for the prefabrication of steel reinforcement cages) added. The old facilities have been transformed to a stock house.
Despite the adverse economic conditions the company is currently in the process of a scheduled expansion, by adding two new wings (for an additional covered area of 2,000 sqm) either side of its main production building. By the end of the extension work the company will be located in 4,500 m owned facilities - fully modernized with great potential customer service - which is a primary goal of the company.
Since November 2010 the company has moved its offices, and the bulk of its production activities to its’ new premises on Manou Katraki Street in the Industrial Park of Foinikia Area in Heraklion, Crete.
Despite the adverse economic conditions the company grows constantly, following closely the technological advances in the construction industry, and adapting its production facilities and transportation equipment accordingly. Its commitment to the continuous improvement of its products and services is further demonstrated by the introduction (in 2003) of the ISO9001 quality assurance system.
In its thirty two years of operations the company established itself as the leader for the rebar steel market in its geographic area. In 2010 and 2011 the company was assessed by ICAP as one of the Strongest Companies in Greece. The “Strongest Companies in Greece” is a community of enterprises that are ranked at the highest Credit Ratings of ICAP Group.
